Legacy Girl in Film
Legacy Girl has starred in a couple of movies, but she never saw as much screentime as other Cover Comix heroes.
The first Legacy Girl movie was released in 1978, aptly titled Legacy Girl. It recounted Carolyn's new Bronze Age origin story and her battle against the first villain she ever faced, Marksman. I think it's a really good movie, and definitely a good introduction to the Legacy Comics/Cover Comix cinematic universe (LCCCU?).
Legacy Girl: Dawn of Hope was a movie released in 2000. Legacy Girl fights William Barron as he attempts to build an army of supersoldiers. This is the first Legacy Girl movie I saw, and I thought it was pretty awesome! The special effects are terrible, but in that sort of charming 2000s way. Mary Flint (Legacy Lass) actually shows up in this movie, but as a side character and just as a civilian, not a superhero.
Legacy Girl (2027) is a movie slated for release in 2027 (duh). So far, it looks to be about Legacy Girl's most recent origin story, similar to Legacy Girl (1978). It'll be the first movie to introduce her new love interest, Sam Wells. I'm excited to see this one!
